We are open to both short-term and long-term hiring arrangements here at Broadmead, as we continue to want to be a community church for all. We have a large and small hall available for hire, with toilets and also a small kitchen available.
Our rates are £50 per hour, with a refundable £100 deposit. Payment is by bank transfer, cheque or cash. You will be required to sign our standard hiring agreement, and details for payment will be given to you then when you book.
Please note also our policy is:
-we do not hire to other churches, religious groups, for religious ceremonies, or other religious activities.
-we do not take hirings after 7pm in the evening.
-hirers to take their own rubbish away with them.
-no alcohol or smoking is allowed on church premises
-the use of bouncy castles, other inflatables, fly walls, bungee equipment, bonfires, barbeques, fireworks, any organised sports activities and any activities of a hazardous nature are not permitted on the premises under the terms of the church’s insurance.
